On this last day before the start of RootsTech, we catch up with Jennifer whose publication TrackingDowntheFamily has become a touchstone for so many of us in the genealogy community on Substack.
I could only join for a bit of the session but was fascinated to learn about your chance discovery of those marvellous letters. It is so great when people donate things to archives and they are made discoverable through good catalogues. The memoirs of Philip Chauncy were likewise donated ot the State Library of Victoria and I have been so grateful. I will catch up with the rest of the session later.
Thanks for watching Anne. I didn't realise your Chauncy memoirs were a chance discovery from the Library. You will know how excited and grateful I was to come across them.
It was fun chatting to you today Barbara. I loved every moment. Thank you also to those who came along and for your lovely comments.
